If you are a non-profit or for-profit developer, who is contemplating a commercial or residential development project and want to build in clean energy costs savings, we can help get your project off the ground!

With the Navigator Pre-Development Loan, you can access low-cost financing to cover planning costs for well designed energy savings projects and save money on long-term facility operating costs.

We make pre-development loans to qualified developers for up to 75% of eligible pre-development costs. Loan maximums are $250,000 and 2-yr for maturities.
