Stephen K. Brown Sr. is SVP, Senior Strategic Advisor at Clean Energy Fund of Texas, where he oversees lending strategy, credit products, and investment portfolio performance.

He brings extensive and diverse experience across national banks, community institutions, and federal regulatory bodies. Stephen has held leadership roles in strategic planning, product development, and financial operations, and has founded and led both nonprofit and for-profit entities. He has served as founder, President/CEO of for-profit and non-profit organizations.

He holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a BA from Johnson C. Smith University. A committed community advocate, he has coached youth sports and served on boards of local service organizations.
