Kelly Onhia

Controller

Kelly Onhia serves as Controller at Clean Energy Fund of Texas, where he supports strategic financial management and operational integrity.

He brings over 10 years of accounting and finance experience across nonprofit, healthcare, and public-sector organizations. Prior to joining, he served as CFO/Director of Finance at Coastal Gateway Health Center, where he oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audit preparation. 

Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and he recently earned a Doctorate in Business Administration.
