Isaias Ortiz

Executive Assistant & Board Relations Manager

Isaias Ortiz serves as Executive Assistant and Board Relations Manager at Clean Energy Fund of Texas, Inc. (CEFTX), where he supports the Legal Department’s daily operations and  contributes to the advancement of the organization’s Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC)  strategic framework. He provides comprehensive administrative and legal support to the Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, & General Counsel, ensuring that CEFTX’s legal and  regulatory responsibilities are met with accuracy and efficiency. In his procurement role, Isaias  helps manage sourcing strategies and vendor relationships that reflect CEFTX’s commitment to  environmental responsibility, ethical practices, and fiscal stewardship. 

Before joining CEFTX, Isaias gained valuable experience in corporate and nonprofit law as a  Legal Assistant at The Wright Firm, PLLC. His earlier roles include serving as a Data Analyst at  the National Aqueduct and Sewer Administration (ANDA) in El Salvador and as a Public Policy  Assistant at the ASPIRA Association in Washington, D.C. 

Isaias holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Business Administration from the  University of the Ozarks.
