Ingrid Mogford is a Program Associate at Clean Energy Fund of Texas, where she supports program operations, documentation management, and operational processes for the Texas Residential Energy Efficiency Revolving Fund (TERRF) and Rising Sun Fund that are helping deliver energy efficiency solutions to Texas homeowners.

She brings more than three years of experience in contract review, documentation management, data accuracy, and operational support. Throughout her career, Ingrid has worked with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and
support efficient day-to-day operations. Her strengths include organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Ingrid earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Houston and is passionate about expanding access to affordable clean energy solutions across Texas.
