Shannon Ramirez-Conklin brings over a decade of diverse professional experience to the Clean Energy Fund of Texas. A seasoned professional in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and relationship development, Shannon has a proven track record of success in both business and government. Her expertise lies in project management, public affairs, and leadership, with a strong focus on collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive growth and excellence.

Shannon previously served as a scheduler for Texas State Senator John Whitmire, where she was instrumental in supporting legislative session and district office operations. In her role as Director of Boards & Commissions for the City of Houston, Shannon worked closely with Mayor Sylvester Turner. She played a key role in identifying and screening candidates for over 2,000 positions on the City’s 155 boards and commissions.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business. She is also an active community member, currently serving as a Board Director for the Houston BARC Foundation.
