Securing Texas’ Future One Drop at a Time

Texas is facing a growing water infrastructure crisis. Aging systems, outdated technology, and underfunded utilities have led to billions of gallons of lost water, rising consumer costs, and disproportionate impacts on low-income and rural communities. Without intervention, the problem will only worsen—threatening health, economic stability, and the long-term sustainability of our state’s water resources.

Texas Clean Water Access Initiative

is a bold, collaborative effort to modernize water
infrastructure across the state. We focus on practical, scalable solutions that reduce water loss, expand
access to clean and affordable water, and build climate resilience—especially in under-resourced
communities.

We are working with community-based utilities and regional partners across Texas to launch a portfolio of demonstration projects that show what’s possible when equity, technology, and sustainability align.
